19796 – Robotics & Intelligent Automation Delivery Lead

Looking for an experienced Intelligent Automation Delivery Manager/Technical Lead with strong technical and management skills to join our Robotics Center of Excellence (COE) team. The Delivery Lead will manage all phases e.g., analysis, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment of Intelligent Automation solutions including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and manage a team of Developers and Business Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, and delivery of intelligent automation projects using AgileScrum (JIRA and Confluence) including setting project timelines, monitoring project progress, and updating relevant stakeholders
  • CreateReview documentation and contribute to all phases e.g., analysis, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation
  • Continuously improve and maintain development standards and best practices
  • Leverage process improvementstandardization approach to streamline and optimize the process using Intelligent Automation solutions andor other emerging technologies
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and Automation CoE and support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing, and UAT
  • Contribute to project/automation delivery meetings to ensure that potential impacts, risk, issues, gaps, and assumptions are captured, analyzed, and understood
  • Architect, design, develop, and configure automation solutions using Automation Anywhere
  • Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures and ensure the quality of coded components by performing a thorough review
  • Maintain the flexibility to facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Solving issues that arise in the day to day running of RPA processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required
  • Support the Automation COE team throughout the project and automation lifecycles
  • Lead a team of Developers, Business Analysts and manager relationship with third part solution provider

Technical and Communication Skills:

  • Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • A high-level understanding of software architecture and design patterns is required
  • Good understanding of programming languages like C# or JAVA is preferred
  • Good understanding of RPA (Automation Anywhere) and application integration
  • Proficient in using JIRA and confluence
  • Good understanding of data models and tools like Alteryx, Power Query, etc.
  • An ability to envision (as-is, optimized, and to-be) how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, and understand its advantages and impact
  • An understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram
  • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind
  • The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real-world delivery and mentoring tasks
  • An aptitude for problem-solving, with the ability to take a logical route to address issues
  • A self-starter who delivers high-quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 6-8+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years of RPA experience, preferably with Automation Anywhere
  • Experience with Scrum / Agile development methodologies
  • Proactive in communicating with team, colleagues, and leadership and are comfortable working with business stakeholdersteams globally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Understanding of performance measurement and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred
  • Willingness to travel to other company locations, if necessary
