We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer/Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and visualizations for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver effective data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data analysis needs and translate them into actionable visualizations and reports.
• Design and optimize data models and data structures to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
• Conduct data analysis, identify trends, patterns and anomalies and provide valuable insights to drive informed business decisions.
• Perform data cleansing, data validation and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of visualizations and reports.
• Stay up to date with Tableau best practices, new features and emerging trends in data visualization and analytics.
• Train and support end-users on the effective use of Tableau dashboards and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists and business analysts to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across different systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or Data Analyst with a strong track record of developing and delivering interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server and Tableau Prep for data preparation and transformation.
• Proficiency in SQL and database querying to extract, manipulate and analyze data from various sources.
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices, including chart types, color schemes and data storytelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes and data integration is a plus.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView is a bonus.
