Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager of Data Quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing data quality rules using tools such as Informatica or similar platforms. This role requires expertise in building dashboards, leading enterprise-wide data quality improvement projects, and demonstrating a track record of enhancing data quality over time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data quality strategies, frameworks, and guidelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data.
• Lead the design and deployment of data quality rules and processes using Informatica or equivalent tools, identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and anomalies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and implement data quality improvements.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to monitor and communicate data quality metrics to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Manage and lead data quality improvement projects across the enterprise, defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring successful execution.
• Establish and enforce data quality best practices and standards, providing guidance and training to team members and business users.
• Analyze and report on data quality trends, issues, and opportunities, presenting findings to senior management and proposing actionable recommendations.
• Continuously assess and enhance data quality processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve data-related technical challenges, ensuring smooth data integration and alignment with overall data strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with data quality processes, methodologies, and tools, particularly Informatica or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and managing data quality improvement initiatives that have led to measurable enhancements in data accuracy and reliability.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
• Strong expertise in building data quality dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex data quality projects.
• Solid understanding of data governance principles, data management best practices, and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing data quality issues.
• Relevant certifications in data quality, data management, or related fields are a plus.
