For four decades we have worked closely with client companies to identify, recruit and assess the highest caliber candidates for challenging and rewarding career opportunities. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to head up the sales effort for our IT search practice in our Florham Park NJ office.As the Director of Business Development you will be responsible for:
Working with the Managing Director to develop business development strategy.
Using your business development experience to leverage existing Jarvis Walker relationships while developing new ones as you market IT search services.
Working closely with the business development team and the recruiting staff to ensure a high level of service to clients.
Communicating with collegues in other groups within the firm to enhance cross selling efforts.
Strong work ethic.
Related sales, recruiting, Information Technology or software experience.
Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.
Two plus years of business experience.
