Description

As Product Owner, you will represent the voice of the customer for our CRM platform, Salesforce Health Cloud, across both sales and clinical and non-clinical customer service teams. You will drive the roadmap, shape requirements, and track each feature from initial discussions/concept through post-launch support and maintenance.  You will be responsible for converting the product vision into a workable product roadmap through stakeholder interviews, requirements documentation, forward-looking planning, technical integration and tradeoffs dialog, regular product backlog maintenance, and tactical prioritization of tasks. This role will work closely with leadership across the organization including sales, marketing, clinical, operations, IT, and others.

Your goal is to consistently deliver new and improved capabilities to improve the user experience and drive user efficiency through our agile process. We’re seeking individuals who can think strategically while remaining pragmatic and who always have their mind on delivering meaningful and measurable value to the end-user which will, as a result, achieve our goals.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM roadmap & delivery schedule
  • Understand the Salesforce product roadmap and apply to company
  • Work with business stakeholders to propose and prioritize new features and improve UI
  • Manage external partners prioritization, timelines and deliverables of tasks
  • Document all user and system specifications
  • Manage and participate in integration and UAT sessions, including capturing and cataloging user feedback
  • Manage integration with internal & external systems
  • Proven experience managing  cycles of continuous improvement of CRM platform for Sales and Customer Service teams

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Salesforce certification
  • Skilled in Salesforce configuration and reporting
  • Solution oriented and collaborative – always looking for improvements
  • Detail oriented and able to manage time effectively
  • JIRA or similar product experience
  • Experience working in a regulated industry
  • Proven ability navigating complex organization
