What you will be doing:
• Lead Electronic Connectivity (eConnectivity) Projects: Identify and standardize use and governance of eConnectivity – electronically connecting our ERP system with our partners including but not limited to our customers and suppliers. Extend supply chain value by connecting new partners. Develop efficient solutions. Develop robust implementation plans and execute with change management
• Drive Development and Deployment of Integration Platforms: Leverage standard API’s, collaborate with industry data experts to improve our implementation and execution approach
• Automate and Innovate: Advance operational capability and deliver business outcomes (productivity yield, quality improvement, cost reduction) and Identify opportunities for process automations, AI, ML, and technology change platforms to deploy composable applications in our end-to-end business processes
• Advance Cyber Protections: Assess and ensure all integrations are cyber safe and reduce risk for data loss, maintain a strong cybersecurity posture as new threats emerge
• Facilitate Internal and External Collaboration: Work with business and IT leaders to implement future integration capabilities, internally and externally
• Champion for Standardization: Drive simplification and standardization by adoption of ‘out of the box system’ functionalities, eliminating customization whenever possible
• Safe and Stable Business operations: Work with IT suppliers ensuring meaningful resolution of IT issues that could or do disrupt business processes. Able to identify root causes working through an established Root Cause Analysis process. Experience engaging IT Suppliers to implement defined business enhancements or projects to existing business processes (e.g., development and management of suppliers through statements of work).
What you will bring to the table:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields; master’s degree a plus
• 5+ years progressively responsible relevant experience managing system interfaces and integrations, particularly with customer, suppliers and other third parties
• Experience in building iFlows, mapping and leading integration of transactional data like order confirmation, invoices, shipping notifications etc. with customers’ ERP systems

• Functional exposure to SAP Order to Cash process a plus
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA integrations is a plus
• Drive standardization of solutions and avoid custom developments wherever possible
• Dynamic, curious learner with desire to understand new perspectives and opportunities, to explore new ways to solve problems
• Ability to identify, mitigate and communicate key risks; ability to create robust governance process / solutions that manage ongoing risk
• Knowledge of trends and developments in the fields of ERP integration; aware of innovations and new approaches within and outside domain; Knowledge of integration security protocols, policies, and regulations
• Attentive to detail but able to see the big picture, strong business acumen
• Some travel is required (25%)
