The Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing NA will be responsible for leading the development of the North America customer marketing strategy for a group of select top-tier distributors. The Sr. Manager will lead regional execution and provide input to measure the success of the prioritized campaigns, events, and new product introductions, to drive portfolio growth. The Sr. Manager will be expected to have a strong understanding of the business performance of distributors within the scope of responsibility and identify new opportunities based on business analysis. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for turning meaningful customer insights into actionable plans. Within this strategic role, the Sr. Manager will have the responsibility to develop strong relationships and collaborate frequently with company Channel Sales partners, company cross-functional partners, and Distributor Marketing teams to ensure excellence in planning and execution. This position will have one direct report and will be responsible for the coaching and development of a Sr. Marketing Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Leads Customer Marketing strategy for select distributors to support the diverse needs of the North America regional customer base.
• Provides thought leadership and guidance to support the development of marketing calendars/tactical plans to deploy in a manner that accurately reflects the business strategy.
• Activates all strategic marketing campaigns on behalf of distributor partners (including, but not limited to digital display, social media, email, paid media, and print) through collaboration with company Content and Experience Team.
• Supports Channel Sales team with creation of collateral materials and trade show management for select distributors.
• Identifies assortment and communication opportunities and represents them to the relevant SBU team.
• Partners with the Marketing Analytics team to develop measurement plans to verify the efficacy of strategic marketing campaigns. Establishes and communicates best practices.
• Leverages customer insights to develop test and learn opportunities.
• Supports the development and ongoing management of the annual A&P budget.
• Responsible for setting objectives, coaching, and developing a direct report.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent in experience.
• MBA Preferred.

Job Experience

• Digital Marketing experience required.
• 5+ years of Marketing or Customer/Trade Marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B marketing of products within an agency or corporate environment.
