The Senior Designer for UX & UI will work collaboratively within a talented and motivated team to create engaging digital experiences that drive value for our customers. You will develop responsive design systems with a specific focus on developing personalized experiences and consumer journeys for our brands – redefining and crafting experiences which deliver best in class commerce and innovative platform design which elevates our brand presence digitally.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop impactful UX strategies that support Brand creative & Marketing strategies
• Design compelling, innovative UI concepts and user flows that elevates personalization across the multiple brand and content pillars and seamlessly immerses the users.
• Understand and evaluate opportunities for improvement across the breadth of the digital journey
• Conceptualize and map out complex user flows and user journeys that would enhance and drive consumer engagement and conversion for functional challenges.
• Work closely with Product Managers and cross functional partners to identify design problems and formulate user testing plans/scripts to inform UX strategies for product enhancements and features.
• Deliver designs that utilize our UI Design library, driving coherence and continuity to the brand aesthetic across various digital channels.
• Experience in prototyping UI interactions and incorporating motion/animation into new inspiring brand experiences.
• Work closely with, communicate and present creative with all key stakeholders and counterparts
• Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile and responsive design first)
• Creatively mentor and oversee junior members of the team, ensuring creative output is consistent, delivered to brief and with a strong attention to detail
• Able to present creative and work closely with key cross-functional partners, external agencies & vendors as needed.

• Generate detailed design specs and work closely with developers to ensure final product is to the highest fidelity and standard

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Ideally experienced working within the Home or Luxury sector or similar
• Advanced skills in Sketch & Photoshop
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
• Strong experience with applicable prototyping software (e.g.: Principle)
• Knowledge of CSS3, HTML and responsive design
• Experience in motion design & animation is a plus
• Strong understanding of web standards and latest web technologies, image optimization and cross-browser compatibility
• Previous experience with developing personalized consumer journeys and enhancement of connected retail experiences
