Description

Our client is seeking an analytical, organized, and collaborative Product Manager to join our growing Personalization team. This role will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and performance of critical digital products and capabilities for company’s global digital business. It will bring together business, technology, and user experience partners to devise, refine, and deliver products that drive business and customer objectives. The Product manager – personalization should have a profound experience in e-commerce and digital consumer design across devices, platforms, and regions. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, innovative, and excited to use data to drive decisions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work within a cross-functional, highly dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team to develop full-cycle personalization features and experiences from discovery, requirements definition, UX design, build, and testing through to launch and iteration.
• Provide product vision and direction for crucial product capabilities, working closely with partners to understand business and customer needs to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
• Manage a robust backlog of ideas with the PMO and various business and marketing teams globally, prioritizing and assigning features to specific releases to meet critical objectives.
• Translate roadmap into detailed requirements that clarify complex problems and work with user experience/design, technical architecture, engineering, and QA to execute and deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor and design key performance indicators to analyze product accuracy and measure success against goals, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Analyze project performance, constantly finding new ways to improve and apply content knowledge in innovative ways representing the consumer’s voice.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of company’s customers and business while maintaining an awareness of competitive products and industry trends to inform product direction.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• 2+ Years of experience building working products related to data, personalization, recommendations, or similar.
• Experience and proven success in translating business strategy and analysis into successful digital consumer products.
• Ecommerce and global product management experience preferred
• Understanding of first-party data acquisition, APIs, Machine learning, and Big Data technologies
• Strong project management skills managing multiple large projects with agile product management experience desirable
• Excellent communication/writing skills and effective at communicating with and presenting to business partners
• Comfortable balancing collaboration and advocacy across multiple cross-functional partners
