Because we consider research to be a critical task, contacting the best sources and compiling a list of high quality candidates is a joint effort between our research and consulting staffs. For each assignment, we conduct extensive original research; in addition, we utilize one of the largest and most current proprietary databases of information technology professionals in the industry.    SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION: Our success is driven by research, but hinges on proper assessment. We conduct extensive interviews with those candidates under serious consideration. Thorough reference checking is, of course, an integral part of our evaluation process. References offered, and those we develop on our own, allow us to assess more accurately each candidate's competence, character, and abilities. We then select those individuals who we believe are best suited for the position.
   We work closely with our client and the finalist candidate(s) to ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed, and to negotiate and structure a compensation package that will be attractive to the individual and acceptable to the company. We remain in contact with both parties to ensure a successful transition and productive relationship.
